10/10 all the way around. I've been a customer of Ducati Richmond for about 8 years now, ever since purchasing my 1098S. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty when servicing/upgrading my baby. Rory, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and generous in several instances where I required assistance with the bike on short notice. Every year I go to Ducati Richmond to get service on my 696 Monster. I always have a fantastic experience. They are excellent at communicating. They did a pickup for me and gave me plenty of notice to their arrival. They gave me a pickup time when my bike would be ready and called me well in advance when they needed extra time. The estimate and break down of the cost was accurate and there has never need any surprises. I arrived for pickup just as the tech was returning on my bike from a quick test drive. He got off with a HUGE smile. It felt great that the guys working on awesome bikes all day Love MY bike as much as I do! I cannot day enough about the great communication and consistent first class Service At Ducati Richmond.
